Kirsty Godso is a fitness entrepreneur and wellness innovator based in Los Angeles. A former Nike Global Trainer for 13 years and now the resident fitness expert at Vuori, she trains elite clients including Kaia Gerber, Hailey Bieber, and Olivia Rodrigo. She has designed a signature gym for Equinox in Manhattan, founded two companies—Pyro and Made Of—and collaborates with luxury brands such as Armani Beauty and Chanel. Known for her high-intensity workouts and signature “hot sauce burpees,” Kirsty brings a dynamic, holistic approach to modern fitness.
ROY CHAN
Roy Chan is a Los Angeles–based personal trainer, entrepreneur, and founder of Roydian Studios. With a background in kinesiology and over eight years as a Master Instructor at Equinox, he has mentored countless trainers and shaped the next generation of fitness professionals. A global ambassador for Swiss performance brand On, Roy created the Roydian Method, a philosophy rooted in longevity and holistic wellness. His clients include Austin Butler, Robert Pattinson, Vittoria Ceretti, and Olympic gold medalist Chloe Kim.
JENNA LAGANA
Jenna Lagana is a rehab chiropractor and owner of SPACE314 in Los Angeles. With her experience working sideline as a medical provider for Team USA and her educational background in sports medicine, she has created a clinically guided movement-based practice that uniquely addresses the needs of each individual. Dr . Jenna Lagana utilizes her knowledge to manage pain, prevent injuries, and optimize performance at all levels.

TALLU BY KATHERINE EVANS
Vancouver native Katherine Evans is the founder of TALLU & Co., a wellness brand dedicated to non-toxic, essential oil–based products. With a background in luxury brands and hospitality marketing, she launched TALLU during the pandemic, inspired by her passion for horses and natural wellness. Today, the brand offers hand-poured candles, room sprays, and soaps crafted in Vancouver, all reflecting Katherine’s commitment to well-being and sustainability.

Dr. Natalia Stolberg is a Los Angeles–based acupuncturist and herbalist renowned for treating fatigue, hormone imbalances, digestive issues, and other often-overlooked ailments. She practices at The Wei Clinic and is the founder of Rest + Digest Tea, a cult favorite among influencers and celebrities for its digestive and wellness benefits.

HECTOR VILLASEÑOR
Villaseñor is a renowned Mexican winemaker with extensive experience in producing high-quality wines. As the driving force behind Vinos de la Reyna, he has crafted wines celebrated for their complexity and elegance, earning the winery numerous awards and international recognition. With a solid academic foundation and a career that spans some of the world’s most important wine regions, Villaseñor combines global expertise with a deep passion for innovation.
Known for his meticulous approach to grape selection, vineyard management, and winemaking techniques, he consistently creates wines that are both authentic and forward-thinking, solidifying his reputation as one of Mexico’s leading figures in winemaking.
Vinos de La Reyna will be featured at all three La Carrera dinners, as well as at lunch at Mozza.
JOSEPH MORTERA
Mexican-born Joseph Mortera, recognized as one of the country’s top bartenders (2012–2015), is a specialist in classic and ingredient-driven cocktails with a focus on organic elements. Influenced by renowned chefs, he has developed a unique expertise in crafting flavors that captivate the palate. With over 17 years in the industry, Joseph is a dynamic mixologist who celebrates creativity at the bar while staying true to his passion for the Gin & Tonic. His cocktails can be enjoyed at top venues across Mexico City, including Licorería Limantour, Felina Bar, Maximo Bistro, and more.
Joseph Mortera will be crafting cocktails at Delphine, Mozza, and Chiki throughout La Carrera with Don Fulano.
DIEGO HERNÁNDEZ
Diego Hernández is a pioneering Mexican chef and Director of Operations, celebrated for leading the farm-to-table movement in Mexico’s Valle de Guadalupe wine region. Born in Ensenada, he earned a degree in Culinary Arts from Tijuana’s Culinary Arts School and trained under acclaimed chefs Benito Molina, Guillermo González, and Enrique Olvera.
With over 20 years of experience, Hernández’s cuisine reflects sincerity, intuition, and spontaneity, highlighting the unique terroir of Mexico. As a culinary innovator and designer, he has developed influential concepts across restaurants, bars, and cevicherias, culminating in the opening of his eponymous Restaurant Diego-Hernández in Valle de Guadalupe in 2025.
Chef Diego Hernández will participate in the Welcome Dinner at The Nursery, creating special dishes in collaboration with Costa Palmas Culinary Director, Gonzalo Cerda.
LULÚ MARTÍNEZ OJEDA
Proudly from Ensenada, Lulú Martínez Ojeda developed her passion for fine food and wine early, leading her to study Viticulture and Enology in Bordeaux, France. She honed her craft for over a decade at Château Brane-Cantenac, gaining deep expertise in vineyard management, winemaking, and terroir philosophy. Returning to Mexico in 2015, she took the helm of Bruma Vinícola, creating a portfolio celebrated for freshness, elegance, and authenticity, and also serves as consulting winemaker for Bodegas de Santo Tomás, Baja California’s oldest winery. Recognized as a leading figure in Mexican winemaking, Martínez crafts wines that honor their environment, celebrate teamwork, and support a community devoted to quality.
Lulú Martínez Ojeda will participate in the Welcome Dinner at The Nursery, as well as dinners at Mozza and The Pavilion, contributing a special dish at each event.
CHEF SHEYLA ALVARADO
Sheyla Alvarado, chef of Lunario in Baja California, is a leading voice in the second generation of Baja chefs. Trained at renowned restaurants including Cosme in New York, Sud777 in Mexico City, and Mirazur on the French Riviera, she has transformed Lunario into one of the region’s most innovative culinary destinations. Her commitment to the local community and distinctive cuisine has earned recognition from the American Culinary Institute, Condé Nast, and The New York Times. Under her leadership, Lunario debuted on Latin America’s 50 Best list in 2023, was named Most Sustainable Restaurant in Latin America in 2024, and has received a Michelin Green Star (2024, 2025) as well as its first Michelin Star in 2025.

Recently appointed Executive Chef at Four Seasons Resort, Paolo Della Corte blends Italian tradition with modern innovation. He trained in Michelin-starred kitchens under culinary icons such as Joël Robuchon and Heston Blumenthal, and honed his style at esteemed restaurants including Rossellinis at Palazzo Avino and La Torre del Sarracino. Paolo’s refined approach to Mediterranean cuisine is world-renowned, and he brings this passion to NOBU Hotel Los Cabos, crafting elevated menus that reflect both Italian and Mexican flavors while honoring the environment.
